You’ve probably seen and read lots of other photographers websites which talk about ‘reportage’ or ‘documentary’ style photography. You’ve probably not got much of an idea about what they mean. I like to keep things simple and just say that I take really good photos that will make you look the best you can possibly look on your wedding day. I think my photos speak for themselves.

A few things you might like to know though:

• There’ll be two of us taking pictures at your wedding which means we can get lots of different angles and there’ll be plenty of pictures to choose from

• I’ll take lots of pictures when you’re not looking or when you least expect it. Don’t worry about that, these often make the best shots from the day

• I try and be as unobtrusive as possible. I’ll get everyone together quickly for the group photos and despite being 6′ 4” many of the couples whose wedding I have photographed say they hardly noticed I was there

• I love black and white for weddings as I think they age well and add drama to your day. The pictures I send to you once edited will be a good mix of colour and black and white

• I’m laid back and very calm. You won’t see me rushing around annoying your guests. Even if my camera breaks, I’ve got a spare.
